Alliance Consultancy, in partnership with the Alliance for Public Health, is proud to announce the launch of the H24 TeleHealth mobile app — a new milestone in the development of telemedicine for people living with HIV (PLHIV) and members of key populations in Ukraine.
This app was created to ensure that everyone can access high-quality healthcare — anytime, anywhere, in a safe and convenient digital format.
H24 TeleHealth is the mobile version of the Help24 Online Clinic, part of the broader Help24 TeleHealth platform. Previously available only through the website h24.org.ua, the online clinic is now accessible directly from your smartphone.
Through the app, users can access full-scale medical consultations with qualified doctors, referrals for additional services, support for antiretroviral therapy (ART), HIV prevention, PrEP, mental health services, and much more — without queues, and from the comfort of their own home.
The H24 TeleHealth app combines functionality, confidentiality, and user-friendliness. It operates through Telemedicine Cabinets based in Kyiv, Dnipro, and Khmelnytskyi, where experienced doctors — including infectious disease specialists, dermatologists, and others — provide care tailored to the needs of PLHIV and key populations.
This initiative is part of the Help24 TeleHealth platform, coordinated by the Alliance for Public Health. The platform offers two main formats for medical consultations — the Online Clinic and the Help24 TeleHealth Portal — both working to deliver accessible, safe, and inclusive healthcare, especially in the context of war, displacement, and limited access to traditional healthcare services.
