Final Report Published: Online Clinic Help24 TeleHealth

Alliance Consultancy, together with the Alliance for Public Health, proudly presents the Final Report of the Help24 TeleHealth – Telemedicine Module Project (2023–2024).

Launched as a response to Ukraine’s National Telemedicine Strategy, this project strengthened and expanded the existing Help24 Platform led by APH. It revolutionised access to healthcare for people living with HIV and key populations by establishing the Online Clinic Help24 TeleHealth and implementing a hybrid telemedicine model — combining cutting-edge digital tools with physical telemedicine hubs in Kyiv, Dnipro, and Khmelnytskyi.

Despite the challenges of ongoing war and displacement, Help24 delivered stigma-free, confidential, and comprehensive care when and where it was most needed.

Key Results:

  • 5,001 unique clients served through telehealth services
    • 1,405 users successfully registered and verified in the Online Clinic
    • 949 unique patients have received 1061 lab packages
    • 2,647 unique clients across Ukraine have used the medication delivery service to ensure continuity of care and treatment
  • 1,387 mental health screenings completed in the Online Clinic
  • 11,600 individual lab tests conducted in total
  • 3,116 medication packages deliveries conducted successfully
  • In total 677 online telemedical consultations conducted by over 30 certified doctors via the Online Clinic

This project underscores the transformative power of digital health solutions to ensure continuity of care, overcome geographical and stigma-related barriers, and promote scalable, resilient healthcare systems for Ukraine’s future.
