Despite immense challenges, the country has sustained its HIV and TB programs, implemented innovative healthcare solutions, and demonstrated unwavering resilience.
Alliance Consultancy is honored to share the latest Three-Year War Report from our founder organization, Alliance for Public Health (APH). As a 100% subsidiary of APH, we are deeply connected to its mission and actively contribute to many of the initiatives highlighted in the report.
Since the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine, Alliance for Public Health has played a critical role in sustaining HIV and TB programs, expanding humanitarian efforts, and pioneering digital healthcare solutions. This report details the remarkable work done over the past three years to protect public health in the face of war, supporting over 1.6 million Ukrainians through essential medical and social services.
At Alliance Consultancy, we have been an integral part of these efforts of APH, particularly in the areas of telemedicine, humanitarian coordination, and digital health solutions. Our projects, such as HelpNowHUB and Help24 TeleHealth, have provided thousands of consultations to displaced Ukrainians, ensuring continued access to life-saving HIV and TB treatments. We have also worked alongside APH in developing and scaling mobile health services, community-led monitoring, and crisis response programs for vulnerable groups.
As Andriy Klepikov, Executive Director of APH, emphasizes:
“The health of Ukrainians has already been affected and exhausted so much by the russian war, so it is not a subject for compromise. In order to achieve this, Ukraine should be able to rely on its partners and allies — in the US, Europe, and globally.
