Health Facility Assessment: Secondary Analysis for Nigeria and Malawi

Objectives/Goals:
The project aimed to enhance data use for decision-making by conducting a secondary analysis of health facility assessment data in Nigeria and Malawi. The goal was to improve HIV, TB, and Malaria programs in these countries by promoting the use of evidence-based insights for policy and management decisions.
Key Activities/Results:
- Conducted a desk review of health facility assessment reports and other data sources.
- Developed an indicator matrix and engaged with stakeholders through regular consultations.
- Produced a special dashboard tool to promote data use among policy makers and program managers.
