Community Led Monitoring (CLM)

Project Title:
Community Led Monitoring (CLM) GF Strategic Initiative TA Provision

Implementation Period:

Description:
In May 2021, a Consortium of the Eastern Africa National Networks of AIDS and Health Service Organizations (EANNASO), the Asia/Pacific Council of AIDS Service Organizations (APCASO), and the Alliance Technical Assistance Centre (ATAC) was created. The Consortium, led by APCASO, became a provider of technical support in the field of Community Led Monitoring (CLM).

Within the implementation period, ATAC carried out a number of activities:

• Developed various training modules and guides:
  1. Partner Engagement, Communication and Advocacy Guide (available in ENG, SP, FR, RU)
  2. Fundamentals of CLM Training Module (available in ENG, SP, FR)
  3. Human Rights and HIV Training Module (available in ENG, SP, FR, RU)
  4. CLM of Human Rights Training Module (available in ENG, SP, FR, RU)
  5. Gender Training Module (available in ENG, SP, FR, RU)
  6. Community-Led Monitoring of HIV and Harm Reduction Services for People Who Use Drugs
  7. A Guide to CLM Data Collection Methods
• Launched a webpage that consolidates these tools.
• Participated in TA provision to the Philippines and Bangladesh.
• Provided TA to Moldova.
