During 2014 – 2016 ATAC (Former Regional Technical Support HUB in Eastern Europe and Central Asia) conducted 12 Eligibility Performance Assessment (EPA) in the following countries: Azerbaijan, Belarus (2), Bulgaria, Kosovo, Romania, Egypt, Eritrea, PANCAP, Solomon Islands, Suriname, and Kenya.


All the participants of the workshop had a great opportunity to thoroughly study the minimum set of requirements and standards stipulating the right of CCM for getting funding from the Global Fund, tools used by GF for assessing CCM eligibility and performance. In the process of the training they also reviewed the main stages of CCM assessment as well as practiced preparation and conducting each stage of the assessment. During the training facilitators used different methods among which are: presentations of trainers and facilitators/experts; and interactive methods such as brain storm, discussion and group work.
