Project Title: Help24 TeleHealth – Comprehensive Telemedicine Services for HIV and Key Populations in Ukraine   Implementation Period: Janurary/September, 2023 – Ongoing (2024) Objectives and Goals:The Help24 TeleHealth project aims to enhance access to healthcare services through a telemedicine platform specifically tailored for people living with HIV and key populations (such as MSM, sex workers, and people who inject drugs). In 2024 Alliance Consultancy together with Alliance for Public Health has re-launched existing Help24 Portal into Comprehensive platform – Help24 TeleHealth with Online clinic and the Portal.  The Online Clinic provides online consultations with qualified doctors, access to HIV prevention and treatment services (e.g., PrEP, ART), mental health support, and referrals for laboratory tests. The project focuses on eliminating barriers to healthcare and improving the health outcomes of vulnerable communities across Ukraine. HelpNowHUB – Support that Can’t Wait!

Project Title: HelpNowHUB – 24/7 Lifeline and Support for Ukrainian Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)   Implementation Period: March, 2022 – October, 2023 Objectives and Goals:HelpNowHUB was established within first couple of days of the russian invasion in Ukraine in 2024 to provide emergency support to people living with HIV (PLHIV) and key populations affected by the war in Ukraine. The primary aim was to ensure access to life-saving treatment and essential services for refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs) both within Ukraine and abroad. From the Service HelpNow became into comprehensive HUB with Online HUB, in country representations in Germany, Poland, Moldova, Baltic States, Online Doctors and Clinical HUB and online services with main aim – coordination, navigation, information.  Key services included coordination of access to antiretroviral therapy (ART), opioid substitution therapy (OST), psychological and legal support, and social services such as shelter and humanitarian aid. The project also assisted with treatment for tuberculosis, hepatitis, and hormone therapy. The project has ended as of November 2023. Harm Reduction Academy – Global Learning Course

Project Title:Harm Reduction Academy – Ending AIDS and Hepatitis C among People Who Inject Drugs through Global Learning Implementation Period:2016 – 2022 Objectives/Goals:The Harm Reduction Academy is a global learning initiative designed to build skills and foster dialogue for the elimination of AIDS and Hepatitis C among people who inject drugs. The course provides hands-on learning and the latest developments in effective responses to HIV in challenging environments, drawing on decades of practical experience. Community Led Monitoring (CLM)

Project Title:Community Led Monitoring (CLM) GF Strategic Initiative TA Provision Implementation Period:2021 – 2024 Description:In May 2021, a Consortium of the Eastern Africa National Networks of AIDS and Health Service Organizations (EANNASO), the Asia/Pacific Council of AIDS Service Organizations (APCASO), and the Alliance Technical Assistance Centre (ATAC) was created. The Consortium, led by APCASO, became a provider of technical support in the field of Community Led Monitoring (CLM).
