Project Title: Help24 TeleHealth – Comprehensive Telemedicine Services for HIV and Key Populations in Ukraine
Implementation Period: Janurary/September, 2023 – Ongoing (2024)
Objectives and Goals:
The Help24 TeleHealth project aims to enhance access to healthcare services through a telemedicine platform specifically tailored for people living with HIV and key populations (such as MSM, sex workers, and people who inject drugs). In 2024 Alliance Consultancy together with Alliance for Public Health has re-launched existing Help24 Portal into Comprehensive platform – Help24 TeleHealth with Online clinic and the Portal. The Online Clinic provides online consultations with qualified doctors, access to HIV prevention and treatment services (e.g., PrEP, ART), mental health support, and referrals for laboratory tests. The project focuses on eliminating barriers to healthcare and improving the health outcomes of vulnerable communities across Ukraine.
Key Activities:
- Providing free medical consultations via telemedicine.
- Universal Doctor profile on Help24 Portal
- Offering HIV prevention services (PrEP) and mental health support.
- Enabling remote monitoring of treatment, including ART delivery.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers and NGOs to increase patient registrations and awareness.
Donor:
The projects in 2023-2024 are funded by The Global Fund, and by Frontline AIDS with additional support from Gilead, implemented by Alliance Consultancy in partnership with the Alliance for Public Health, and with technical support of Public Health Center of MOH of Ukraine
