Project Title:Link Up – Reducing Unintended Pregnancies, HIV Transmission, and HIV-Related Maternal Mortality among Young People Implementation Period:April 2013 – June 2016 Objectives/Goals:The Link Up project aimed to reduce unintended pregnancies, HIV transmission, and HIV-related maternal mortality among young people aged 10–24 affected by HIV in five countries (Bangladesh, Burundi, Myanmar, Uganda, and Ethiopia). The project focused on increasing access to integrated sexual and reproductive health services. MoT – Assessment of HIV Transmission Modes (uk translation)

Project Title:MoT – Assessment of Reported HIV Modes of Transmission in Ukraine Implementation Period:2013 – 2015 Objectives/Goals:The research aimed to understand the modes of HIV transmission among people enrolled in HIV care in Ukraine, with the goal of informing prevention strategies and improving the national HIV response. Key Activities/Results: Conducted interviews with 2,328 randomly selected HIV-positive patients from seven regions of Ukraine. Analyzed data on behavioral factors and HIV transmission routes to support the planning of prevention activities. Produced a comprehensive report on the findings to inform advocacy and national policy-making. Community Action on Harm Reduction (CAHR) (uk translation)

Project Title:Community Action on Harm Reduction (CAHR) – Scaling Up Harm Reduction Services in Five Countries Implementation Period:2011 – 2015 Objectives/Goals:The CAHR project sought to improve access to harm reduction services for people who inject drugs, their partners, and children across five countries. The goal was to strengthen civil society and government capacity to deliver harm reduction, while advocating for the human rights of people who use drugs.
