The Research and Evaluation Hub utilizes one of the available vehicles for the delivery of consultancy service/technical assistance in the sphere of research, monitoring and evaluation depending on specific preferences of the TA requestor/client. Research, including social and bio-behavioral, which are focused in HIV/AIDS sphere in Ukraine and EECA regions one of higher priority areas of work considering relevant experience and development of relevant capacities.  

The AC has vast personal and potentially involved resources to implement research proposals. Consultancy database of the ATAC includes more than 200 consultants of national and international level, about 25 of them specializes in monitoring and evaluation, bio-behavioral research, most of experts have extensive experience in HIV/AIDS.
